Our staff are important to us and as a result, we continually invest in their progress through our dedicated training academy.

Running for two days a week, our academy not only gives trainees a fantastic knowledge in hairdressing skills but also provides them with plenty of hands-on experience.

We are proud to say that we’ve always been one step ahead of the competition when it comes to staff training and we were the first salon in our area to achieve VTCT (Vocational Training Charitable Trust) status, enabling us to deliver qualifications on behalf of the country’s leading vocational training body.

Delivered by fully qualified assessors, the beauty of our training is that it enables candidates to achieve a nationally-recognised qualification whilst working, without needing to go to college.

It’s also designed to help staff become consistent, all-round hairdressing professionals, which is why we run customer care, team leadership and management training sessions as part of the process.

We believe our training academy is the best in the business and we’ve been recognised twice by Investors in People as a business that works to get the very best for its staff.
